Tremellomycetes (Agaricomycotina, Basidiomycota, Fungi) are a very diverse and widespread group of fungi. Many species live in association with other fungi and are very specific regarding host. Aside of investigating the real diversity of this group, I am interested in detecting coevolutionary patterns related to the main diversification events in the evolution of Tremellomycetes.
