2016 M.Sc. Degree in the Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Plants, University of Edinburgh (UK).
2015 B.Sc. Degree in Biology, Universidad de Sevilla.

Research interests

My objective during my PhD thesis is to explore how biodiversity has affected the provision of ecosystem services of agroecosystems throughout plant evolution. For accomplishing it, I am using crop plants and their nearest wild relatives in my experiments. Moreover, I will characterize the microbial community associated to the roots of my target plants.

I am also involved in a side research project involving the taxonomy of bitter lettuce.

Current position

PhD student; supervisors: Rubén Milla & Pablo García-Palacios.
