  • Soil-plant-microbe interactions and their effects on soil structure, erosion and carbon storage.
  • Soil microbial ecology along environmental gradients such as elevational, secondary succession or land use gradients.
  • Ecological restoration of mining environments.

I teach Microbiology in the degrees in Environmental Engineering and Biology (2nd year).
