Research interests

Soil-plant-microbe interactions and their effects on soil structure, erosion and carbon storage.
Soil microbial ecology along environmental gradients such as elevational, secondary succession or land use gradients.
Ecological restoration of mining environments.

Current position

I teach Microbiology in the degrees in Environmental Engineering and Biology (2nd year).
